A hydraulic sausage stuffer machine mainly consists of the following core components:
Frame (or housing):
As the supporting structure of the entire machine, the sausage stuffer's frame is typically welded from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring stabilityand compliance with food hygiene standards.
Material hopper: Used to hold the minced or ground meat to be filled with capacities ranging from 30L to 160L.
Hydraulic system:
Including the hydraulic pump, cylinders and hydraulic valve assembly, this is the power source for the sausage filling machine, responsible for converting electrical energy into hydraulic energy to drive the piston movement.
Pressing piston and pushing mechanism:
The piston-type pushing mechanism is connected to the hydraulic cylinder, reciprocating along the inner wall of the hopper under hydraulic drive, which can precisely pushing the filling towards the outlet.
Discharge:
The filling tube connects to the outlet via a quick connector, it can extrude the material and inject it into pre-insulated sausage casings. The stuffer machine can be equipped with different diameter filling tubes, the tube size mainly depending on the product specifications (common diameters are φ12-φ80mm).
