This meat slitting machine can cut whole pieces of meat or whole chickens into strips. The meat includes, but is not limited to, pork, beef, and lamb. As long as it is fresh meat, the sharp blades on the machine can quickly cut the raw material into uniform thin strips. If it is frozen meat, then a separate/different machine will be used.

After the initial cutting, place the meat strips on the conveyor belt for a second cutting process. This time, the meat strips are cut into small pieces with smooth, residue-free cuts.
