Commercial Meat Process Machine

All meat-dealing equipments can be referred to as meat process machine. Different meat processing equipment is required when cutting whole blocks of meat into slices, strips, dices or meat paste. The meat process machine introduced on this page is for dicing meat. It is also known as frozen meat dicing machines, three-dimensional dicing machine and mutton meat dicer.

It can cut meat into strips or small particles and the shape or size of the final processed meat can be customized by adjusting setting-data of machine.

It can process many different meats like pork, beef and lamb, they can be fresh or frozen.

This machine is composed of two main components: pushing section and cutting section.

In pushing section, the push rod will push the meat into cutting section, then the cutting section cuts the meat blocks into evenly sized meat granules.

 

During machine's running, when the front door is closed and the side pressure mechanism moves completely, the corresponding two induction switches will act, the control power supply will be connected, the oil pump will work, and the push rod will move forward to squeeze the meat, and the grid and cutter will start to work to cut the meat. When the push rod pushes the push block to the front, the induction switch under the push block acts, and the grid and the cutter stop cutting. At the same time, the push rod drives the push block to return quickly until it returns to the starting point.
