The starting point of the entire production plant is the egg washing machine. Its core function is to remove impurities such as feces, stains and microorganisms from the surface of the eggs, ensuring hygiene and safety in subsequent processing. Eggs treated by the egg washing machine have a uniform clean appearance, which can meet the hygiene standards for food processing.
The washed eggs then enter the egg sorting stage, which mainly relies on weight to distinguish between sizes and specifications, dividing the eggs into different grades for easy packaging and sales or as-needed feeding.
If need egg liquid, the automatic egg beaters can quickly crack eggs and separate egg whites and yolks (or retain the whole egg liquid). This automated egg beating not only greatly improves efficiency but also avoids the hygiene hazards of manual egg beating and the risk of eggshell fragments getting mixed in. The resulting egg liquid after filtration and pasteurization, can be directly bottled or frozen for storage and supplied to food factories as a standardized raw material for products such as bread, pastries, and noodles.
