Egg Shell Breaker

The egg shell breaking machine is mainly used in the food processing industry to process eggs, such as automatically breaking the egg shell and separating the egg shell and egg liquid. Rotary egg shell breaker

Generally used for large-scale production and processing, it has the characteristics of high mechanization and large output. The entire egg separator is made of food grade materials, which is safe and hygienic.

Economical egg shell breaker

Compared to the rotary egg beater, this type of egg beater has the characteristics of small size, small footprint, and relatively small production capacity, which can handle more than 5000 eggs.

1. Manual laying of eggs, where eggs are manually placed into the hopper of the upper egg conveyor, and the eggs are automatically arranged one by one on the rollers
2. Rubber wheel transportation, which drives the egg product to be transported to the egg carrier,
3. Automatic egg beating: The egg beating claw catches the delivered egg and uses the blade below to cut the eggshell. Then, the two sides of the egg beating claw are opened to split the eggshell in half, and the egg yolk and egg white fall together
4. Separate the egg yolk and egg white, and after the egg is beaten, there is a separation track to separate the egg white and egg yolk; If separation is not required, cancel the separation track.

Both of the egg shell breaking machine  can work independently or be equipped with relevant equipment to form a fully automatic or semi-automatic egg processing production line, such as an optional egg washing machine.
