Our egg breaker main function is to break the egg shell and separate the egg white and yolk liquid for subsequent egg processing.
In the yolk and egg white separation device, the egg white is separated and flows into the designated container.
The yolk flows into another container, thus achieving complete separation of yolk and egg white.
The eggshell falls into the designated container, and the egg mixture is ready to use, ensuring the freshness of the egg mixture.
Workflow:
1. The cleaned eggs are sequentially transported to the mold holes on the conveyor belt.
2. When the eggs are transported to the breaking point, the eggshell is automatically cut open.
3. Under the clamping device, the eggshell separates from the breaking point to both sides, and the yolk and egg white flow out of the eggshell.
