The egg weighing and grading machine mainly consists of egg loading ( by rubber roller conveyor), weighting part and egg collection parts.
The egg loading part can be manually loaded or automatically loaded with a conveyor belt or by an vacuum loading device.
The grading part uses a mechanical weighing system to grade eggs by weight, generally divided into 3 to 5 grades, which can be adjusted according to actual customer needs.
The egg collection area collects eggs in different sections of the egg collecting plate..
