Automatic Egg Sorting Machine

This egg sorter machine is suitable for sorting chicken eggs, duck eggs, and preserved eggs. The sorting parameters can be adjusted according to the characteristics of different egg types, achieving multi-functionality (i.e., sorting multiple egg types) with one machine.

This type egg sorting machine is easy to operate with high sorting efficiency. After the worker places the eggs on the conveyor rubber (this is optional, we also can equip an egg loading device to help putting eggs on the conveyor), the sorting machine will automatically weigh the eggs according to their weight and distribute them into different collection baskets. 

This egg sorting machine can be connected with other egg processing equipment to form an egg processing production line.

The relevant egg processing equipment includes: egg beater, egg white separator, egg peeler, egg weight sorter, egg washer, egg dryer, egg optical inspection machine, egg inkjet printer, etc.
