Fruit and vegetable grading machine
The fruit and vegetable grading machine mainly targets root vegetables and round fruits, dividing them into three to six levels according to size. This grading machine is composed of a lifting feeding conveyor and a grading machine, and is classified according to the shape and size of potatoes. The elevator is automatically lifted, and the purpose of uniform feeding is achieved through the automatic rotation of the rollers; the classifier is a roller classifier, which drives the rollers on the grading bed through double-helix rotation, moves forward in parallel, and gradually increases the rollers. The gap between the rollers is used to achieve the corresponding size of the fruits and vegetables, and the fruits and vegetables fall from the gap between the rollers to the fruit conveyor belt to complete the purpose of fruit selection.
The sorting specifications of the sortor can be customized according to customer requirements, and the size of the classification specifications and the number of grades can be customized according to customer requirements.
