1. Before use, check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating parts are flexible, whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing, and the sheller should be placed on a stable ground.

2. Before use, to check the power supply, the switch must be in the off position.

3. After the motor is started, the rotation of the rotor should be consistent with the direction indicated on the sheller. Run idling for a few minutes first, observe whether there is any abnormal noise, and only when the operation is normal can the material be fed evenly.

4. When the material is fed, it should be uniform and appropriate, and should not contain iron filings, stones and other sundries, so as not to break peanuts and cause mechanical accidents. When the material covers the sieve, the rice outlet switch can be opened.

5. The material should be dry and wet properly. If it is too dry, the crushing rate will be high, and if it is too wet, the work efficiency will be affected. Select the appropriate screen according to the size of the material.

6. When the number of peanut shells in the material increases, the motor can be moved down to tension the fan belt and increase the blowing volume.

7. When operating, people should not stand on the side of the belt drive, so as not to hurt people.

8. After a period of use, when the machine is ready to be stored, the dust, dirt on the outside and the remaining seeds and other sundries should be removed. The peeling machine should be well covered and placed in a dry warehouse to avoid sun and rain.

9. Remove the belt and keep it separately.

10. Clean all the bearings with diesel oil, dry and apply butter.

11. The transmission parts and bearing chamber should be protected with sufficient lubricating oil. And be cleaned and replaced regularly.
