Products Description
It is mainly composed of hopper, forming system, demoulding device, conveying mechanism, control system and driving component.
The hopper is used to accommodate pre-mixed minced meat, chopped vegetables or other mixed raw materials. The forming system is the core of the patty forming machine, the mold shape can be replaced to meet the needs of finished patties of different specifications or styles. During the molding process, the equipment will ensure that the patties are uniform in size and regular in shape. After the molding is completed, the formed patties will automatically fall onto the conveyor belt.
The operation of the whole pattying forming process is managed by an integrated control system, the operator only need toset the size, weight, output, forming speed and other parameters of the meat patty.
