The main body of the classifier equipment consists of feeding device, roller grading mechanism, drive system, discharge guide device and frame.
The grading mechanism is composed of multiple parallel rollers with the gap between adjacent rollers serving as the grading benchmark.
When this classifier equipment running, the material is evenly fed into the grading area by a feeding vibrator, the drive system rotates the rollers in the same direction propelling the material moving forward along the roller surface under friction.
During this process, material smaller than the roller gap falls naturally to the corresponding receiving channel due to its own weight, while material larger than the gap continues to be conveyed forward. This process working through subsequent roller sections with different gaps completes multi-stage sorting, ultimately achieving simultaneous separation of 2-5 grade specifications.
